Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

At the chapter of Gamma Epsilon, we are taking initiative within our chapter to better educate and increase awareness on topics pertaining to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our goal is to take a proactive approach within our organization to create change on campus and in our community. What is Gamma Epsilon Doing?

●  The Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and their committee are currently working on initiatives and educational opportunities for chapter to learn more about DEI and how to be a proactive ally 

● The DEI Committee has distributed a survey out to chapter to better understand where chapter as a whole needs to improve in regard to DEI and to understand what the best ways are to educate our sisters on DEI

● Gamma Epsilon’s DEI committee is also working on a three-pronged plan of action on how to properly address and educate our members on various DEI issues
