After years of the chapter operating without a facility, we are pleased to occupy 1029 Richmond Street as Kappa Alpha Theta’s official house at Western! The girls that live in the house share more than just mere letters and create an irreplaceable bond. Nowhere else will you get the opportunity to live with 8 of your best friends, sharing in both the small things and in sisterhood. All daily cleaning services and maintenance are included in the rent. Not to mention the house is extremely comparable to rental prices in surrounding apartment complexes and houses. Living in the house is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, that will ultimately enhance your Theta experience as well as your experience as a student at Western, and will provide you with memories that will last forever.
